I am suffering from TMJ?
My dentist has told me i suffer from TMJ
what is the best treatment for getting rid of it. Stressing about it makes it worse. Bowen Therapy helped but then stress came and im back at square one. Also my ear feels blocked all the time how can i make it feel open.

What are some alternative treatments that are sometimes covered by insurance?
I have stayed away from things like acupuncture, rolfing, aromatherapy, etc., because I prefer to have treatments that my insurance will cover. Still, I am open minded. Are some of these therapies actually covered by most plans? If so, which ones?

Does anyone know of a way to cure chronic headaches and neck pain?
About five years ago, I developed severe neck pain and headaches that has been with me 24/7 since that time. This occurred around the same time my anxiety disorder and depression worsened. What originally began as severe neck pain spread all across my head. For awhile, it was extremely painful to make any kind of facial expression, but wearing a dental mouthguard while asleep in addition to some types of physical therapy helped. However, my neck pain and headaches are still there. No type of medication I’ve tried from stuff specifically meant for headaches to muscle relaxers and anti-anxiety medications have helped. I’ve also tried massage therapy, chiropractors, naturopaths, acupuncture, rolfing, psychotherapy, and hypnosis, but none of those helped.
I no I probably can’t get rid of my depression, anxiety disorder, insomnia, and neck pain/headaches all at once, but I’d at least like to tackle one of them. My neck pain and headache makes it very difficult to think, do any type of physical activity, and causes extreme discomfort when sitting or standing. It’s also affected my memory and ability to learn. I used to have a great memory, which was very important since I previously did a lot of reading, but now I forget what I read almost immediately. Not only that, but my brain can’t seem to grasp metaphors, analogies, and definitions very well. Whenever I try learning new vocabulary, it never sticks. It’s infuriating, because now my mind is so muddled and I’m worried that it’ll keep me from eventually going to grad school and pursuing the type of career I want.
I’m not sure what to do, so I’d greatly appreciate any help you could provide. Thanks.

Can the Independents break away from Gillard forcing us back to the polls or what?
Yes yes.. another politics question, I’m sorry I’m just a little confused about this part. Hypothetically, if the Independents decided they don’t want to support Gillard anymore, does a new election date need to be set? Or do we have to wait until the Labor term is through? I’ve just read the comments on Mr Bowen’s little speech yesterday and people are going apeshit over at the Herald Sun, everyone there wants Labor gone… I want Labor gone.. So how does it work?

How do I know what kind of DR to choose for my PAIN?
How do I choose what Doctor to use for my PAIN?
I have shoulder pain. I’m super active, 42, and have played sports all my life. I see 19 year old kids with the same types of injuries. The reason I say that is because I have no idea if my injuries are a case of ware and tear on my body, or if I hurt it playing squash for the past 5 years, or if I hurt it when I fell on it a couple times. The pain isn’t there if I’m just sitting around, or even when I swing a squash raquet. However, if I hold my arm to my side, make a fist and turn the thumb side of my hand to the ground, while trying to life even a glass of water, I get a shooting pain near my teres minor, which is a muscle between the clavicle and the scapula. I have no idea if the pain is in the musculature or if its bone related.
All that said, I have a regular DR./M.D. I also believe accupuncture helps certain injuries as well as chiropractic care and message/rolfing. How Do I know which kind of healer to see? Do I need an MRI first before going to see most of them? If not, how would someone make a diagnosis?

How do I choose what Doctor to use for my PAIN?

Please help Need someones advice?
Hi there Im a male in my 30′s I have been living in Australia for fourteen years now. I am in a bridging visa and my case was being considered from the first previous minister last year before the election. I went through the process of going through the requirements; health, character, and police check. Once the new minister was assigned he looked into my case I received a letter that my case was declined. I felt devastated since I kept thinking of the numerous reasons why it happened. I wrote to the minister Chris Bowen to please reconsider my case. And I received a letter from the manager of Ministerial Intervention advising me if I have an Australian/New Zealand citizen girlfriend to go ahead and apply for Partner Visa and my case would be finalized. Since I don’t have an Australian /NZ girlfriend Im wondering if my chances are at risk. Also, I am also being granted a bridging working visa. So now the minister is reconsidering and reviewing my case. I am in high hopes that I will soon be given a chance to be granted Permanent Residency.I have no criminal record Im a hard working guy and I feel the assurance of support is what made my case more complicated since I did not submit it last year. But when I wrote to the minister for my Statury of Declaration I wrote that I have 3 potential assurers and submitted on of my assurer info. I’m desperate at this point and not sure what else to do. I’m thinking of maybe speaking to a non-profit lawyer. My life started here in my 20′s to go back to my country would be hard to start all over again.
Please advise if you have any knowledge of this situation. Any advice you can give me I will truly appreciate it.
